Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including a change of mind. This applies to your first payment on both the monthly and annual plans.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact us through the support option on your profile page and we will help arrange it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually posts the funds within 5–10 business days.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Profile → Manage subscription, or through the Paddle billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us or Paddle — we will review renewal refund requests in good faith.
